Neill and Kelly Raney are proud to announce the birth of their son, Preston Christopher.
Preston was born Sept. 30, 2011. He weighed eight pounds, 12 ounces, and was 21 inches long.
Proud grandparents are Sam and Karen Raney and Bruce and Darlene Eckert.
