Joshua and Skyler (Dillon) Felter are proud to announce the birth of their daughter, Charley Sky.
Charley was born Dec. 16, 2011, at 7:53 a.m. She weighed eight pounds, two ounces, and was 21-3/4 inches long.
Proud grandparents are Terry Law of Liberty, Miss, Ollie Dillon of Denham Springs, and David and Linda Felter of Baton Rouge.
